Please note that all our merchandise is inspected meticulously by our top line staff before going to be available for our clientele to purchase. Unfortunately, things are happen. In cases like that Golden Flamingo offers a limited warranty for 45 days from the date of purchase. The store offers repair of manufacturer defects subject to an expert opinion or exchange for a new item. If neither repair nor exchange is possible the store offers a full refund. This warranty does not cover damage caused by negligence of the customer; in such case $75 is payable by the customer to Golden Flamingo as the reimbursement of expert damage assessment fee plus all overhead expenses associated with shipping and handling. The limited warranty does not cover: a) 'Final Sale' items (some exemptions may apply). b) Any damage caused by the customer. This is inclusive of but not limited to mishandling, alteration, defacement, modification of the item or accidental damage caused by fire, acid, or improper care of the jewelry, attempts to repair, or any other cause except for manufacturer defect. The warranty applies only to the initial buyer and only in the original place of purchase when an original proof of purchase is provided.
